Skin and Soul owners Darcy Kovacs and Michelle Richmond Jackling, life-long friends and Bellevue natives who share a passion for tattoos and creative expression, longed to find an outlet for their passion. A year of discussions over their weekly coffee turned their passion into a dream and now that dream has become a reality… Skin and Soul.
